- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The branches are amazing. I love. 5 stars for them. 1 star for their customer service. Total trash. When you find your account to be wrong and call to have it corrected. They tell you you have to speak to an operations manager and refuse to lift a finger. They do not do the job that they are there for. I can always talk to a person and every and any issue ( good or bad ) has been resolved with one call. I usually talk to Nadine but others who have help me when she was unavailable have been just a wonderful. I wish more companies had employees dedicated to keeping the customers feeling so satisfied as I do after talking to them. Great job Bank of American Fork. You go way beyond what others do.
